- 7+ years of front end development
- 5+ years in creative digital agency
- Proven leadership abilities to successfully manage and mentor Junior web developers.
- Solid foundation in DHTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Expert knowledge of DOM, Ajax, JQuery and Flash integration.
- Adept at best practices in SEO and accessibility
- Excellent knowledge of image optimizations in photoshop for
user interface development.
- Experience using version control with subversion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with
 creative team and manage client expectations.

Additional Skills
- Experience with social media applications (Facebook) is a big plus.
