Internet Company focusing in rewards and loyalty program is looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails/Java Developer. 

Job Details:

Work with business staff and engineering management to plan and design web applications

Develop web applications, and maintain existing applications

Formulate and execute on plans to enhance existing applications

Develop test cases that match the designs, and ensure that the software passes test standards

Assist with deployment and implementation of web applications

Experience:

6+ years professional experience designing and developing software applications

4+ years experience with web application development

Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and ability do design and develop using that platform.

Expert-level knowledge of Java, J2EE, HTML, SQL, JavaScript, XML and Hibernate with a strong emphasis on accessing data from relational databases is required.

Experience with Content Management Systems is a big plus.

HTML and CSS coding experience

Javascript development experience preferred; AJAX experience a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must have College degree in computer science or related field

Must be authorized to work in US.
